Our Sign Genius service uses AES certificates issued by Altron Security (Lawtrust), accredited under the South African Accreditation Authority (SAAA). Under Section 13(4) of the ECT Act, an AES carries a rebuttable presumption of validity. Clients should obtain independent legal advice regarding admissibility of electronically signed documents in their specific matters.
Delivery certificates do not guarantee the outcome of legal proceedings.
